The London riots is a good example to look at because lots of the coverage on the riots are based on teenagers.

this could lead to people forming stereotypes about teenagers it makes people frightened of teenagers.

For television I am looking at the series “skins”. In skins its show teenagers drinking smoking drugs and having sex so it gives the audience a bad impression on teenagers.

Kidulthood is another film which it is about teenagers and its gives people bad impressions of teenagers.

In the film Shank made in 2010 it is a negative representation because there is fighting with gangs in the film which represents teenagers as bad people.

I have chosen to do my research project on teenagers. I want to look at the news stereotypes about teenagers and see what they are like. I want to research teenagers in films, television and news.
